Daliborka Uljarevic, Executive Director

Ms Daliborka Uljarevic graduated at the Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations at the University of Belgrade, attended MA in European and East European Studies at the University of Montenegro and currently pursues her MLL at the Law Faculty. She specialised Local government and civil society at the Theodor Heuss Academy (Germany), Comparative Media Law and Policies at the University of Oxford (UK), Regional cooperation and European Integration at the University of Split (COIMBRA programme), Political and Economic Systems in the organisation of Charles University and Georgetown University (Czech Republic), and Democracy, human rights and conflict management at the Nansen Academy (Norway). Within European Marshall Memorial Fellowship (GMF) she was in USA. Through additional study visits she was in Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Hungary, Slovenia, France, UK, Armenia and Cyprus. She passed through a number of alternative education programmes in the field of organisational capacity building and democratic leadership. She is active as a trainer / consultant within the Centre for development of NGOs’ team of trainers. She is engaged as an expert in various UNDP, EURECNA, OSCE, UNIFEM and Sida programmes. From 2001 until 2005 she was working as Political and Media Adviser in the Council of Europe Office in Montenegro. She was one of the founders and a director of Nansen Dialogue Centre in Montenegro. During 1999 and 2000, she worked for BBC world as a local producer. Before that, she worked in OSCE Mission in Montenegro and in International foundation for election systems from Washington in Serbia and Montenegro. During her studies, she was active participant and spokesperson of the Student protest 96/97 in Belgrade. Ms Uljarevic is the President of the Association of Political Scientists in Montenegro, Managing Board of Centre for Development of NGOs and Executive Board of JEF Montenegro. Also, she is member of the Executive Board of the Institute Alternative, as well as NGO Coalition "Through Cooperation to the Aim" and Coordinator of Task Force working on structure of financing NGOs from public funds.She is a co-author of publications Value orientations and levels of social activisms of students in Montenegro; 21 Story on Democracy; Learn about the European Union; Civil Society Index for Montenegro – Weak Tradition, Uncertain Future and Public Administration in Montenegro: salary schemes, rewards system and opportunities for professional advancement in law and practice, as well aseditor of several books, mainly dealing with democracy, human rights and European integration issues.
Paula Petricevic, Programme Director

Ms Paula Petričević is currently working on her MA thesis at the Theory of Culture Department within Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade. She graduated Philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Belgrade. Also, at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade she completed alternative programme within the Women’s studies and Gender Research Centre. In addition to that she specialized in religious fundamentalism issues through seminars in the organization of the Women in Black from Belgrade. She completed Summer Course “État – Confession – Modernite“ in organization of École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS), Atelier de Recherches Internationales (ARI) and Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, as well as European Integration School in the organisation of CCE, CDNGO and EMiM, with the support of FOSI ROM. Additional specilisation done at the Centra European University in Budapest through the programme „Politics of Belonging: Democracy, Identity and Power in 21st Century“. She is fluent in English language and has knowledge of French. She is a member of redaction of several publications. Her works are publicised in compilation “Someone said feminism – How feminism influenced women of 21st century” by Women in Black, Belgrade Women’s studies and Gender Research Centre and Reconstruction Women’s Fund from Belgrade (“One God - one gender: the attitude of monotheist religious communities towards human rights of women“), as well as in compilation “Women in Media Mirror” by NGO NOVA – Centre for Feminism Culture from Podgorica (“Anything but feminist”). Paula’s theoretical essays were broadcasted on Third programme of the Radio Belgrade.
Petar Djukanovic, Programme coordinator

Mr Petar Djukanovic is currently preparing his MA thesis at the European Economic Integrations Department within Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro. He graduated Sociology at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Montenegro, as one of the most outstanding students in his group. He completed Human Rights and Minority Rights School, in the organisation of the Centre for Civic Education and Council of Europe.Additionally, he specialized identity issues in Germany, intercultural dialogue in Hungary, regional cooperation in Croatia and project management in Belgium. As scholar of the Heinrich Boll Stiftung he was in study visit to Brussels within the programme „Capacity Building for Wester Balkans. He is Secretary General of JEF Montenegro. Mr Djukanovic is active as the lecturer in the Young Leadership School, which is organised by the Centre for Civic Education in cooperation with the Municipality of Podgorica, as well as trainer in the field of human rights. He is a member of redactions and editorial boards of several publications.
Vera Scepanovic, Programme associate

Ms Vera Scepanovic is working on her PhD in Political Sciences, with specialisation in political economy at Central European University in Budapest, where she also completed MA studies. She graduated in Social Sciences at the University in Utreht, and had acquired her IB degree from Mahindra the United World College in India. She also attended European Integration School, organised by CCE, CDNGOs and EMiM, with support of FOSI ROM, as one of the best participants in her group, and Diplomatic Academy „Gavro Vuković“, at the Law Faculty of the University of Montenegro. She is fluent in English, French and Italian language, and has basic knowledge of Spanish. Ms Scepanovic has extensive theatre expreince, as well as working background as a journalist. She worked as a volunteer in NGO Sadhana and UWC Mahindra in India, as well as in the Centre for Asylum seekers in Netherlands. She is active in European Movement in Montenegro. In addition to this, she is a member of redactions of several publications and editorial board of EIC Bulletin.
Dijana Kazic, Programme associate

Dijana Kazic is currently finishing postgraduate studies of „Marketing and bussiness“ at the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro. She graduated social work and social policy at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Montenegro, where she also did specialization at the same department. In addition to this, she has successfully completed European Integration School in the organization of the CCE, CDNGO and EMiM, with the support of FOSI ROM, as well as the School of Social Change in the organization of the CDNGO with support of NED. She is fluent in English.
Violeta Marniku, Project Associate

Mr Violeta Marniku is currently finishing Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Montengro. She took part at the Summer School of Democracz organised by the Council of Europe in Strasbourg during July 2008. She completed additional specialisation through Human Rights and Minority Rights School conducted by the Centre for Civic Education, with the support of Commission for Allocation of Portion of Lottery Games during 2007 and 2008. She was in study visits in United States of America and Norway through different programmes. Also, she is winner of the first game talk show „We are choosing the leader“ at the Atlas television. For already ten years she is music performer, and translator for last two years. In addition to Montenegrin and Albanian, she is fluent in English, with basic knowledge of Russian language.
Sinisa Cadjenovic, Financial manager

Mr Sinisa Cadjenovic currently persues MA at the Accounting and Audit Department within Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro. He graduates general economics, banking and finance at the same faculty. Also, he completed Human Rights and Minority Rights School, in the organisation of the Centre for Civic Education and Council of Europe and journalism course in the organisation of weekly magazine „Monitor“. He specialized through programme „Efficient Cash Management“ organised by US Treasury and Montenegrin Government. He speaks English and French language. Mr Cadjenovic used to work as accountant in private company „Gratis“ and as intern for a year in State Audit Institution on tasks related to the audit of budget of the Republic of Montenegro and municipalities.
Ilija Peric, Art Director / Producer

Mr Ilija Peric is currently finishing master studies Theory of Art and Media at the University of Art in Belgrade. He graduated at the department of computer arts and design at the Academy of Arts BK in Belgrade. From 2001 until 2005 he was working on the project of design and maintenance of corporative web site of the company ”ProMonte”. In the capacity of chief designer, producer and webmaster he works for number of organisations and companies in Montenegro. He was engaged within great number of projects in the field of design and production by the Government of the Republic of Montenegro and its ministries, UNDP, CHF, Municipal Office for Drug Prevention, etc. In addition to this, he did the entire visual identity for various organisations, private enterprises and campaigns. Nedjeljko Rudovic, Editor in Chief of EIC Bulletin

Mr Nedjeljko Rudovic is currently finishing Law Faculty at the University of Montenegro. He completed European Integration School, in the organisation of CCE, CDNGOs and EMiM, with the support of FOSI ROM, as one of the best participants in his group. In addition to this, he specialized through various programmes for journalists in Prague, Paris, Brussels, London and Berlin. He passed through training programmes of Balkan Investigative Network (BIRN, outgrowth of IWPR), and currently he is their coordinator for Montenegro. From 1997 he works as the journalist of domestic political affairs within daily paper „Vijesti“. Also, he is correspondent from Montenegro for political issues for London based IWPR and Belgrade based weekly Vreme, and he used to report for news agency VIP from Belgrade. Mr Rudovic is a member of the Association of Young Journalists of Montenegro. He is fluent in English.
